| | | Yes. It will be identified by a number but no section sign (§). Statute titles are generally identified as §202 Limitations of time; whereas commonlaw titles are identified as 3990 Breach of Contract.
Note also that for federal rules, they are identified as Rule xx and for U.S. Code, identified as 42 USC §1983 (Title 42 of United States Code, Section 1983). | |
